Conclution 

Near my school, a lot of workers were changing the storm pipe drains. Me and my classmates were in this area, we observed the construction. Directions were to take notes and take a pictures of the work. I was surprised that people do not protect from this and enyone can look so close. Workers do not even wear helmets! I also noticed that there were steel, stones, mud, mashines underground.
